Step 02
Get approved & tiered
We review, verify your details, and set your tier — the shared Boxstory number, or your own white-label WhatsApp instance.
Step 03
Brand your storefront
Logo, colours, favicon, subdomain. White-label providers link their own WhatsApp by scanning a QR from the dashboard.
Step 04
Add your first product
Photo + video, variants, SKU, price, opening stock. Bulk CSV import when the catalog grows. Every stock change is row-locked — you never oversell.
Step 05
Bring on resellers
Claim or invite resellers, or approve the join requests from the pool. Set a credit limit for each — prepaid, a cap, or full trust.
