Step 01 · about 30 seconds
Make your account
An email and a password — that's all we ask to begin. Then you choose how you'll use Boxstory (pick I sell to my own customers) and tell us your name. Every screen saves as you go, so you can stop halfway, close the tab, and carry on later from any phone or laptop.
Step 02 · about a minute
Confirm your WhatsApp number
This is the number we send product photos to — the ones you forward on to your customers — so we make sure it really belongs to you. Type it in, we text you a 6-digit code, you type the code back. If nothing arrives, wait a moment and tap Send a new code.
Step 03 · a photo, then a short wait
Prove it's you
Choose which ID you're using, type the number, and add one clear photo or PDF of it. We keep only the last four digits, never the whole number, and only our verification team can open the file. A person checks it by hand — usually within a working day — and we email you the moment it's done. Providers send out real stock on your word, so we check once, up front, and then you're set.
Step 04 · while you wait, and after
Look around the pool
The pool is every provider's products in one place. Even before your ID clears you get a peek — a small sample, so you can see the sort of thing you'd be selling. Once you're verified the whole lot opens up: search it, filter it, see what's in stock right now. Provider names stay hidden and photos are watermarked until you're teamed up with one.
Step 05 · getting linked
Team up with a provider
Two ways in. A provider spots you and takes you on — or you find products you'd like to sell and ask to join them, with a button right there on the product. Once they say yes their full catalog opens up, with their branding, and you'll see how much you can sell before you have to pay, and what you're free to charge.
Step 06 · the whole point
Make your first sale.
Send a product's photos and video to your own WhatsApp, forward them to your customer, agree the deal. Then write the sale down here, with their name, number and address. The stock comes off straight away so nobody sells the same item twice, the provider packs it and ships it to your customer, and you settle up afterwards — several sales at once, with one photo of the payment. What's left over is yours.
